ALL GMS Parents ❗ If you are having issues accessing the Digital Student Packet and need a hard copy, we will have a black bin with a yellow top right OUTSIDE the school office with paper copies inside. You can access this bin anytime at your convenience (make sure to secure the lid once you are done). Please send the filled-out packet back to school with your student ASAP. They can give it to their teacher and or drop it off at the office. Thank you for working alongside us to figure this out! 🦁
Ready, set, build! 🎈 Mrs. McKinzie's 6th-graders competed against one another to see who could build the tallest tower with balloons and tape. The red team won, but the blue team gave it their best shot! Nice work, Lions 🦁

For parents picking up/dropping off their children, please refer to the "Traffic Flow" map below! We understand these first few weeks of school can be confusing and a bit of a wait to pick up your child, but if we all do our part and work as a team - there is nowhere to go but up! Thank you all for understanding 🦁
IMPORTANT INFO PARENTS ‼ Please remember that tomorrow, Friday 8/19, we will be doing our regular "Fast Friday" schedule. For our Parents new to GMS, "Fast Friday" simply means the bell schedule is slightly changed so that our Lions can be released EARLY. This occurs every Friday. School will be dismissed at 2:30pm. 👍 Thank you for understanding!
Our GMS Lions embraced a lot of new experiences today — new friends, new teachers, and a new school year! All with smiles on their faces 🦁
