P.E coach, Mrs. Shortt, is pushing her kids to be the best version of themselves! 🏃♂️ 7th & 8th-grade students rotated through stations like walking the bleachers, basketball, jump rope, sit-ups, volleyball passes, tricep dips, step-ups, and ended with a break station. Clearly, they still have enough energy to give sass to the camera! Never a dull moment with our Lions! 🦁
