Exciting afternoon enrichment program ahead โผ We are proud to partner with the Bentonville-Rogers Junior Cotillion and its director, Renee Swindell, to offer an "Elementary Manners 101" class for our 1st - 5th graders. Mrs. Swindell will be teaching a short course that covers an array of proper etiquette, with an emphasis on table manners. From handshakes, proper introductions, conversation skills, meeting new people, giving sincere compliments, and SO MUCH MORE. And we know what you might be thinking, "Learning table manners, I'm not sure if my child would be interested", but that's where Mrs. Swindell's expertise comes in! There will be games, laughing, and just plain fun! Details are in the flyer below! We are excited to announce that our school library received a grant for an observation bee hive! The hive has been installed and the bees will be here soon. ๐ The bees will enter and exit on the outside of the building into a plexiglass hive inside the building. This will provide students with a unique opportunity to observe bees at work in a safe and educational environment. The observation hive is secure, and students will be taught safety guidelines for interacting with it. Thank you for your support as we introduce this amazing learning opportunity! ๐
