Our school is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership with our local businesses, called "Business Buddies"! At the Gravette School District, we believe in the power of collaboration and community engagement. That's why we are teaming up with several local businesses to create a unique and enriching learning experience for our students. We are incredibly grateful to our local businesses for their commitment to education and their dedication to nurturing our future generation.
Last week, Mary Smith from Mary's Menagerie stopped by and visited Mr. Moot's class! She shared her love for animals with us by telling us all about her Doggie Daycare and Boarding facility in Hiwasse. She also read us a story called Madeline Finn and the Shelter Dog to help us better understand how important it is to be responsible pet owners and how to care for animals that have been left behind. She even brought supplies and taught us how to make inexpensive dog toys for dogs that are in the animal shelter. Our students had a great time learning from her!
