Office Hours
The GUE office will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m on days when school is open. We will schedule appointments if parents/guardians need one. You can call the office at (479) 787-4100 option 4 for appointments. Please make sure to bring your Driver's License with you if you plan on coming inside. We use safety software that scans your ID to make sure you are who you say you are and are a safe person to be in our building.
Yearly Checkout/Pickup Procedures
If throughout the year you need to make a checkout or transportation change, please notify the office in a timely manner. Checkout or transportation changes need to be submitted before 2:45 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and before 2:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Drop Off/Pick up
Each parent/guardian is asked to please view our car rider traffic map in order to make drop-off/pick-up quick and safe. Parking is not allowed during morning drop-off or afternoon pick-up. Parents/guardians must go through the car rider line. Please do not have your other children that attend classes in another building walk over to GUE. We want to keep everyone SAFE!
