IMMUNIZATION REMINDER
Students who will be age 11 on or before 9-1-23 are required to have a Tdap immunization.
If your child will be entering 6th grade for the 2023-2024 school year, please update their
immunizations this summer and send the documentation to school. One dose of meningococcal vaccine is required for 7th grade. If a dose was give at age 11 they do not need another dose. Students who have an exemption for immunizations must apply this summer for a 2023-2024 school year exemption from the Arkansas Department of Health. This must be done every year. Please contact your child's school nurse for any questions!
