Last week in Mrs. Kildow's Algebra 3 class, they reviewed linear relationships! Students compared the cost of different ice creams with toppings at Coldstone Creamery to find the cost per topping. Then they wrote an equation and represented this on a graph to show the relationship between the number of toppings and the cost of the ice cream. In a thinking classroom students share their thinking and write it on vertical surfaces. This allows for mobilized learning! Students can compare and defend their thinking with other groups and if they get "stuck" they can just look around the room.

It's SHOUT-OUT time....and this special shout-out goes to YOU. Our parents, grandparents, guardians, and community members who have been incredibly patient and kind during these first three days of school. Never before has our drop-off and pick-up lines gone this smoothly before! 👍 It may still be a bit of a wait, but compared to years past, this is truly the fastest it has gone.
